Ingredients:
  • 2 bowl steamed rice.
  • 2 tbsp oil.
  • ½ tsp chilli flakes.
  • 1 tsp pepperica sauce.
  • 1 tbsp vinegar.
For the vegetables:
  • ½ bowl sweet corn kernels.
  • 50 gms spring onions, sliced thinly the springs and the bulb.
Method:
  1. Heat the oil. Add the bulb slices and sauté for 5 minutes on medium flame.
  2. Add the rest of all the ingredients and sauté on medium flame for 5 minutes.
