Ingredients:
  • 100 gms papdi, ready made.
  • 200 gms curds, whipped.
  • 3 tbsp tamarind chutney.
  • 2 tbsp green coriander chutney.
  • 1 potato boiled, cubed finely.
  • 1 onion, chopped finely.
  • ¾th tsp rock salt.
  • 3/4th tsp cumin seeds, roasted and powdered.
  • ½ tsp garam masala.
  • ½ tsp red chilli powder.
To garnish:
  • 2 tbsp bujia
  • 2 tbsp coriander leaves
  • 2 tbsp pomegranate
Method:
  1. Combine all the ingredients and garnish with bhujia, coriander leaves and pomegranate.
