Ingredients:
  • 1 ½ bowl of puffed rice.
  • 1 bowl of mixed fruits & vegetables, chopped finely.
  • Tomato, boiled potato, onions, cucumber, green chillies, pomegranate.
  • ½ tsp rock salt.
  • Juice of ½ lemon.
  • ½ tsp cumin seeds, roasted and powdered.
  • 1 ½ tsp mustard oil.
  • 1 tbsp groundnuts, crushed.
  • 1 tbsp Bengal gram, roasted.
  • Pinch of garam masala.
  • 2 tbsp dry coconut flakes..
To garnish:
  • 2 tbsp coriander leaves, chopped.
Method:
  1. Combine all the ingredients, garnish with coriander leaves and serve immediately.
