Ingredients:
  • 2 tbsp cashew nut, soaked in warm water for 30 minutes.
  • 1-cup sweet corn kernels.
  • ½ cup mixed bell peppers, cubed.
  • 3 baby corns, slit diagonally into slices.
  • Pinch of ajinomoto.
  • 1 tbsp olive oil Seasame oil.
For the sauce:
  • 1-cup water
  • 1 tbsp corn flour
  • 2 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 1 tbsp chilli sauce
  • ½ tsp chilli flakes
  • 1 tbsp soya sauce
  • Salt to taste
Method:
  1. Heat the oil. Add all the vegetable, ajinomoto and saute for 1 minute. Add rest of all the other ingredients and cook for 5 minutes on high flame till very hot stirring continuously.
