  • ½  cup tender sweet corn kernels.
  • 2 tbsp corinder leaves, finely chopped.
For the dough:
  • 1-cup whole wheat flour.
  • 2 tbsp semolina.
  • 2 tbsp curds.
  • 2 tbsp oil.
  • 1 tsp sugar.
  • salt to taste.
  1. Combine all the ingredients for the dough, add enough water and knead into a soft stiff dough.
  2. Cover and keep aside for atleast 1 hour or preferably over night.
  3. Roll out medium thickness roti out of the dough, sprinkle few corn kernels and coriander leaves on the roti and roll out a little giving pressure so that the corn gets sticked to the doughover the roti.
