Ingredients:
  • 1 raw mango, peeled and chopped.
  • ½ cup sugar or to taste.
  • 2 cardamom, powdered.
  • Few strands of saffron, dissolved in little water.
Method:
  1. Pressure cook the raw mango pieces in 2 cups of water for 3 whistles.
  2. Blend in a liquidiser; add 3 glasses of chilled water.
  3. Add the saffron and cardamom.
  4. Garnish with a twig of mint and serve chilled.
