Ingredients:
  • 200 gm self-rising flour
  • 50 gms Mixed dry fruits, chopped finely
  • ¾ tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp soda bicarbonate
  • 2 tbsp jowar flour
  • 3 tbsp desiccated coconut powder
  • 50 gms cream
  • 50 gms butter
  • 150 gms powdered sugar or to taste
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp chocolate powder
  • 2 tbsp curds
To garnish:
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp almond, slivers
Method:
  1. Combine all the ingredients well except the soda-bi-carb. Cover and keep aside for 30 minutes.
  2. Add the soda. Stir the mixture continuously for 2 - 3 minutes.
  3. Grease the small muffins tin moulds and fill 3/4th with the mixture. Tap to escape the air if any.
  4. Bake in a pre-heated oven for 20 minutes at 160 degree C.
  5. Keep aside for 30 minutes.
  6. Demould by tapping gently, apply honey on the upper surface, and sprinkle the almonds.
  7. If you want to serve hot, microwave the muffins for 30 seconds on high.
  8. Serve hot.

Baking Time: 20 minutes
